  1. Quick Discovery (Free, 30 minutes). Show me your photos, slides, or negatives—photos of the collection help. I’ll estimate scope, timeline, and delivery options.

  2. Book instantly: Reserve your free 30‑min session

  3. Secure Intake & Tracking. Local pickup/return available in Las Vegas area. Remote clients receive packing guidance and insured, trackable shipping.

  4. In‑house scanning with Epson equipment. Your originals are digitized here using Epson FastFoto and Perfection scanners at archival standards.

  5. Optional Enhancement & Organizing. Dust removal, color correction, and clear folder naming (date‑event‑format).

  6. Delivery & Setup. Files delivered your way—USB, download, or Forever. I can also create albums or slideshows from your newly digitized files.

Pricing & Packages

Scanning is priced per item (photo, slide, negative, scrapbook page) depending on format, resolution, and cleanup options. Many clients combine scanning with our organizing packages for the most value.

  • À la carte per‑item pricing (quote provided after discovery call).

  • Package clients save: When you purchase an organizing package, per‑item scanning fees can be applied toward the package—but will reduce included service hours accordingly.

  • Flexible payments: 50% deposit, balance at delivery. Monthly options available on request.

  • No—scanning is done in‑house with Epson equipment. Only rare specialty items (like fragile oversized pieces needing special equipment) may be sent to vetted U.S. partners, always with your approval.

  • Loose photos: 600 dpi minimum. Slides/negatives: 2400–4800 dpi. Large format or special items: handled case by case.

  • Yes—albums and scrapbooks can be scanned page‑by‑page without removing photos.

  • I can carefully separate and restore them, or arrange safe restoration if extra work is needed.

  • Download link, labeled USB/SSD, or direct upload to your FOREVER® account. I help you test playback and access before final sign‑off.

  • Yes—your photos are scanned and stored securely, handled only by me (and occasionally a vetted partner for specialty jobs). Confidentiality is guaranteed.
