Most photos can be restored at least partially, and many can be brought very close to their original condition. I’ll give you an honest assessment before any work begins, so you know what to expect.

Most work is completed in-house. For specialty cases, trusted vendors are used, and clients are informed beforehand. Photos never leave the U.S.

For the best results, I prefer to restore from original digital files or the actual photograph, since these provide the highest quality. However, I’m happy to review whatever version you have—whether it’s a print, scan, or file—and let you know if restoration is possible. If needed, I can create a professional high-resolution scan to get the best outcome. Please note that photos requiring extra work may have a slightly higher cost, but I’ll always explain your options before moving forward.
