If you’ve got - VHS, VHS‑C, 8mm/Hi8/Digital8, MiniDV, or DV tapes - 8mm, Super 8, or 16mm film reels (silent or with sound) - Audio cassettes, micro-cassettes, reel‑to‑reel, CDs or DVDs - Camcorder recordings of weddings, birthdays, recitals, and first steps …and you want them digitized carefully, securely, and once‑and‑done, you’re in the right place.

Digitization through Forever® & vetted partners. Most video, film, and audio transfers are completed by FOREVER®, a U.S.‑based company I trust with my own family’s media. For formats Forever doesn’t cover, I work with select U.S. partners who meet my standards.
Future‑proof delivery. MP4/MP3 files organized by event, named logically, and ready for playback on modern devices or in your private FOREVER® storage.

What We Transfer (and Deliver)
Video Tapes
VHS, VHS‑C, Betamax, 8mm/Hi8/Digital8, MiniDV, DV.
Output: MP4 (H.264), organized by tape and labeled.
Options: Scene separation, basic color/exposure balance, noise reduction,
DVD-to-digital conversion.
Betamax accepted by request; availability varies.*
Film Reels
Regular 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm (silent or magnetic sound when available).
Output: High‑resolution MP4, scene‑by‑scene scanning.
Options: Frame stabilization, color correction, dust/scratch reduction
Audio
Audio cassettes, microcassettes, reel‑to‑reel (select speeds), CDs.
Output: WAV or MP3.
Options: Hum/hiss reduction, level balancing, track splitting, basic restoration.
Discs & Legacy Files
DVDs and data discs converted to shareable digital files.
Output: MP4/MP3 or structured folders for easy playback and backup.
Delivery Choices: Secure download, labeled USB/SSD, or direct upload to your FOREVER® account for permanent, private storage.

Secure Intake & Tracking. Local pickup/return available in the Las Vegas area. Remote clients receive packing guidance and insured, trackable shipping.
Digitization by Forever® or vetted U.S. partners. I coordinate which items go where, always with your approval. Originals remain in the U.S. and are tracked from start to finish.
Quality Check & Naming. I review your files for playback, apply optional cleanup, and label folders clearly (date‑event‑format).Delivery & Setup. Files delivered your way—USB, download, or Forever. I can also create albums or slideshows from your newly digitized files.

Pricing & Packages
Digitization is priced per item (tape, reel, cassette, disc) based on format, length, and requested cleanup. Many clients pair transfers with our organizing packages for an end‑to‑end result.
À la carte per‑item pricing for transfers (quote provided after discovery call).
Package clients save: When you purchase an organizing package, per‑item transfer fees can be applied toward the package—but will reduce included service hours accordingly.
Flexible payments: 50% deposit, balance at delivery. Monthly options available on request.

Cloud “Forever Home” Setup (FOREVER®). Private, permanent storage organized by year/event with easy sharing. Never digitize again!

Backup Strategy (3‑2‑1). We set you up with three copies, two media types, one off‑site.

Yes—most items are digitized by FOREVER®, and some specialty formats go to other vetted U.S. partners. I coordinate the process, track everything, and your items never leave the United States.

Forever and my partners assess condition first. Minor splices and leader repairs are included; additional restoration is discussed with a clear estimate.

Yes—basic color/exposure balancing and noise reduction are available. Heavily faded or noisy sources can improve, but results vary by original quality.

Yes. Forever automatically returns your originals as part of their box purchase. If I send items to another trusted vendor for transfer, they return everything once the project is finished. Depending on the vendor or shipping method, a return shipping fee may apply.
