FOREVER can serve as your durable off‑site copy. We’ll still keep a local master and an additional copy elsewhere so you always have three copies across two different types of media with one off‑site.

  • No—storage is purchased once and then it’s yours. There’s no ongoing subscription fee for the storage you bought. Optional premium features (like facial recognition or video streaming) can be added as subscriptions or purchased permanently.

  • Yes. I don’t maintain libraries inside Google Photos long-term, but I regularly extract, organize, and migrate content out of Google Photos into a future-proof setup. That may include FOREVER, a Master Photo Hub (external hard drive), and/or an organized iCloud library. I focus on giving you ownership of your files in formats that aren’t dependent on a single app or subscription.

  • We’ll estimate based on your current library and growth. I’ll model a few sizes so you can choose with confidence.

  • We’ll set sharing to your comfort level. You decide who sees what, and I’ll walk you through best practices for albums, family trees, connections, groups, and links.

  • Yes. You can invite family members to view, contribute, or collaborate on albums. Permissions are flexible so each person only sees what you choose to share.

  • Yes. Videos, slides, negatives, VHS, historical documents, PDFs, and more can be digitized and added to your FOREVER library. I’ll coordinate the process and quality‑check the results.

  • I offer coaching and ongoing support—hourly or via a package—to keep your system tidy as your library grows.
