Who Am I

I’m Melody Helmick, founder of AP Photo Solutions. As a Certified Photo Manager and FOREVER® Ambassador, I help families, storytellers, and history-keepers safeguard what matters most: their memories.

Like many of my clients, I grew up surrounded by photos and keepsakes. My large family of nine siblings shared slides from my dad, stories from my mom, and countless boxes of prints. Over the years, I’ve also felt the heartbreak of losing images to time and technology. That experience shaped my mission—to make sure your photos, videos, and memorabilia are safe, organized, and ready to pass down to future generations.

FAQ’s about AP Photo Solutions

  • Yes. While I serve the Las Vegas area locally, I also offer remote support to clients across the U.S. and travel to St. George, UT, on occasion.

  • Yes. Originals from media transfer or in-house scanning are always returned. FOREVER® includes return shipping with box purchase; other vendors or myself may include a shipping fee.

  • Most restorations are completed in-house. If advanced work is needed, I use vetted partners and will always inform you first.

  • Both are welcome. I’ll review what you have and let you know the best path for quality restoration and organization.

  • No. While I can help you move images from Google Photos, I don’t maintain those accounts. I specialize in FOREVER® and other trusted long-term solutions.

  • My hourly rate is $50, or you can choose from packages that save money as the hours increase. I accept most major credit cards, and ACH. Other payment options available upon request.
